Anyway, I’m Kyle Christian, and welcome to my perspective.Perspective By Kyle Christian is a photography and videography page that aims to tell a story, allow the audience to see and explore the world from different angles, and document not only the joy in my life but also the joy in others’ lives.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Kyle Christian

Kyle Christian is a 22-year old freelance photographer, videographer, and editor based in Rome, Italy. He is currently studying a bachelor's degree course at Sapienza University of Rome.His passion for photography, videography, and video editing began to emerged about 5 years ago. His Media and Information Literacy professor, during his 11th-grade year, guided him in acquiring these skills, assigning projects that encompassed various video types such as vlogs, music videos, PSAs, and short films.Driven by his growing fascination, he established a keen interest in refining his filming and editing abilities. This led him to create a YouTube channel, utilising the platform as a means to showcase and distribute his creative projects.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

In the following terms & conditions, “the photographer” shall mean Kyle Christian trading as Perspective by Kyle Christian. “the clients” shall be those persons defined as the persons who are utilizing the services. These terms & conditions cannot be changed in any way by the clients unless such conditions are clearly agreed upon by the photographer in writing.1. DISPLAY
— The client(s) hereby allow(s) the photographer to display any photograph covered and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, websites, and sample albums.2. COVERAGE, REPRODUCTION
— Photographs taken during the course of the event will be at the discretion of the photographer although every effort will be made to comply with the clients’ requirements. Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colors may alter throughout a set of photographs.3. PAYMENT
— The client(s) may pay the photographer after the event. However, the photographer may ask the client(s) to pay the full payment when the final product is already delivered. Titles to the final product remain with the photographer until delivered to and paid for in full by the client(s).4. FORCE MAJEURE
— In the very unlikely events of cancellation by the photographer due to any cause beyond their reasonable control e.g., sudden illness, injury, a victim of crime, flooding, traffic conditions, and vehicle breakdown, etc. or of total photographic failure, liability shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid.5. DAY OF THE EVENT
— The photographer will be the sole photographer at the venue(s) specified. The photographer does however positively encourage the client(s) family, friends, and other guests to take photographs throughout the day. The photographer will few photos during the event’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and will use the time to take a break. A meal is not a requirement; however, one would be greatly appreciated.6. CANCELLATION
— If the client(s) will cancel the booking, the client(s) should let the photographer know at least three days prior to the event, and liability shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid.7. DELIVERY
— The photographer will endeavor to deliver the final product as quickly as possible. However, this could take up to 1-3 weeks.
